高职法律专业课堂革命路径探索

教育领域课堂革命如火如荼，鉴于传统课堂教学难以调动学生学习的主动性，传统的学科体系教学影响学生应用技能养成，传统的教学模式不能适应学生就业需要，高职法律专业的课堂革命势在必行。课堂革命应当首先确定科学的专业人才培养目标，然后与行业合作设置符合职业标准的课程，在此基础上，以任务为引领构建课堂内容，让学生在做中学，培养和提高其分析、处理法律实际问题的能力，实现与工作岗位的良好对接。
Exploration on the Path of Classroom Revolution of Law Major in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract:
The classroom revolution in education is growing vigorously. In view of the fact that the traditional classroom teaching is difficult to mobilize students' learning initiative, the traditional subject system teaching affects students' skill application, and the traditional teaching mode can not meet the needs of their employment, the classroom revolution of law major in higher vocational colleges is extremely urgent. Classroom revolution should first determine scientific and professional training objectives, then cooperate with the industry to set up courses with professional standards. Based on this, classroom content guided by tasks should be constructed so that students can learn by doing, cultivate and improve their ability to analyze and deal with practical legal problems, meanwhile achieve a good connection with their jobs.
