开放大学学生自主学习现状及对策浅析

摘要:
从国家开放大学到地方各级开放大学,经历了40多年的发展奋斗历程,已形成了遍布全国城乡的办学网络,构建了天网、地网、人网立体支撑的完整的办学组织体系。党的十九大报告提出,要办好继续教育,加快建设学习型社会,大力提高国民素质。在终身学习背景下,针对开放大学学生自主学习和个性化学习意识不断增强的现状,开放大学教育者首先要明晰学习型社会开放大学教师角色定位,然后要制定满足学生自主学习和个性化学习的相应对策:一是学校要创造更好的学习环境,为学生提供更好的学习支持服务;二是教师要更好地发挥学生导师角色作用,不断提高为党育人、为国育才的本领;三是要充分发挥教学团队和技术团队的作用,为学生自主学习、个性化学习提供更好的学习支持服务。

An Analysis of the Present Situation and Countermeasures of Students Autonomous Learning in the Open University

Abstract:
From the Open University of China to the local open universities, after more than 40 years of development and struggle, a school-running network has been formed all over the country, and a complete school-running organization system supported by Skynet, ground net and the human network has been set up. The report of the 19th National Congress of the CPC puts forward that we should run the continuing education well, speed up the construction of a learning society and vigorously improve the quality of the people. In the context of lifelong learning, in view of the increasing awareness of self-regulated learning and personalized learning of students in the open university, as an open university educator, we should first make clear the role orientation of the teachers in the open university in a learning society, then we should formulate the corresponding countermeasures to meet the needs of students' autonomous learning and personalized learning:First, schools should create a better learning environment and provide better learning support services for students; second, teachers should better play the role of students' tutors; third, we should give full play to the role of teaching team and technical team to provide better learning support service for students' autonomous learning and personalized learning.
