摘要：
随着近年来徽州文书学研究作为一门学科的兴起,契约文书研究越来越成为一门显学,但是也明显存在着对近代特别是民国以来华北契约文书重视不够的倾向。近代华北契约文书的研究,一方面应该大量搜集资料,一方面应该借鉴古代历史文书研究的经验。近代涉县申氏契约文书的命名、分类、特点及学术价值的研究,对传承无序的契约文书的研究将会有所裨益。
Analytical Study of Shen's Contract Documents in Shexian County in Modern Times

Abstract:
With the recent rise of the study of Huizhou contract documents as a subject,the study of contract documents has become a school of learning.But clearly there exists a tendency of inadequate attention to the contract documents in North China of the Modern Times,especially since the period of the Republic of China.The study should,on the one hand,collect a lot of data;on the other hand,learn from the experience of ancient historical documents research.The study of Shen's contract documents in Shexian County on its naming,classification,characteristics and academic value will be useful to the study of the disorderly heritage of the contract documents.
